We mill our grits fresh-to-order using a unique blend of white dent hybrid non-GMO milling corn and an heirloom “hickory cane” corn that we grow on our family farm in northeast Georgia. Orders are freshly milled for maximum flavor and nutrition, with a grit size we've perfected based on decades of experience stone milling and sifting.
